Can chicken with bone also be used in this lemon chicken recipe?

You can go boneless or with bone, whichever suits your preference. We’ll be using boneless pieces of chicken in our recipe. And not to worry, there will be no difference in the process of cooking.

Does the lemon make the chicken hard or tough?

Usually, most dishes require you to marinate the chicken overnight for the optimal taste. Here, however, the lemon can make the chicken tougher or chewier if marinated for too long, hence any dish that involves lemon as a marinating ingredient should require less time. (In this recipe approximately 20 mins).

In what utensil should the chicken be marinated in?

Preferably a glass or plastic container. DO NOT use a metal container to marinate lemon chicken because the acid can react with the metal.
