What’s the difference between chicken tikka and chicken tikka masala?

Chicken tikkas are juicy pieces of chicken usually made with fewer spices. Their cooking methods are different and involve frying with no gravy. You can check out our Chicken Tikka Recipe. Chicken tikka masala on the other hand is rich in spices and contains enough gravy to be called a curry sometimes.

What is the color of chicken tikka masala after preparation?

Orange and similar shades are the perfect color for the chicken tikka masala. Don’t worry if your dish looks too reddish, the cream usually does the job of lightening it up.
