Ingredients

  • 1.5 Liter Water

  • 300 gm Spaghetti Raw (Durum Wheat)

  • 1 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • 2 Tsp Cooking Oil To Boil Spaghetti

  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Chopped

  • 150 gm Chicken Raw

  • 1 Cup Onion Sliced

  • 2 pc Green Chili Chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Carrot Sliced

  • 1/2 Cup Red Capsicum Sliced

  • 1/2 Cup Yellow Capsicum Sliced

  • 1/2 Cup Green Capsicum Sliced

  • 4 Tbsp Cooking Oil For Frying Chicken

  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder

  • 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce Dark

  • 1 Tbsp Chili Sauce

  • 4 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Directions

  • Add 1.5 liter of water in a heating pot then add spaghetti 300 gm and let the spaghetti dip fully into the water.
  • Add salt 1 tsp and cooking oil 2 tsp, stir the salt and oil into spaghetti properly.
  • Let the spaghetti boil for 10 – 13 minutes on high flame after 13 minutes check the firmness of the spaghetti.
  • Drain out the spaghetti into a mesh and rinse it with cold water to avoid the spaghetti from sticking.
  • Add cooking oil 4 tbsp into a heating frying pan then add chopped garlic 2 tbsp and stir the garlic for 2-3 minutes on medium flame to let the garlic turn a little golden brown.
  • Add chicken 150 gm and salt 1/2 tsp – stir the chicken and let it cook for 6 -7 minutes.
  • Add sliced onion 1 cup sauté the onions for 3 minutes on medium to high flame.
  • Add green chili 2 pc and sauté it for 2 minutes add sliced carrot 1/2 cup, yellow capsicum 1/2 cup, red capsicum 1/2 cup, green capsicum 1/2 cup, and let all the vegetables cook for about 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  • After, add soya sauce 1 tbsp into the vegetables and mix it well.
  • Now, add vinegar 1 tbsp, chili sauce 1 tbsp – Mix it well.
  • Add black pepper powder 1/2 tsp and tomato ketchup 4 tbsp and keep stirring for few seconds.
  • Finally, add the boiled spaghetti into the vegetables and mix it properly.
  • Stir the spaghetti for 2 – 3 minutes on medium to high flame.
  • The Chicken Spaghetti is ready to be served now!

  • The chili and salt can always be adjusted based on your taste or diet requirements.
  • Chicken boneless or meatballs can be used instead of chicken with bones.
  • One type of capsicum can be used in a similar quantity if different colors are not available.
