A perfect chicken snack recipe loved by all age groups and can be a delicious food for your young once lunch boxes.

Ingredients

  • 500 gm Chicken Boneless

  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Minced

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed

  • Preparing Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Cream

  • 2 tbsp Garlic Sauce

  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • Preparing Sandwich
  • 8 pc Bread Slices

  • 1/4 cup Lettuce Chopped

Directions

  • Prepare the chicken breast 500 gm in small cubical or cut up pieces.
  • Add oil 1 tbsp into the sauce pan (with the stove turned on).
  • Add of minced garlic 1/2 tsp into the oil (stir it a little).
  • Add the chicken pieces to the pan now.
  • Add salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Add pepper 1 + 1/2 tsp. Let the chicken get cooked for 15 minutes.
  • While the chicken gets cooked (with occasional stirring) we can prepare the sauce for the sandwich.
  • Preparing the sauce –  Add mayonnaise 1/2 cup,
  • cream 1/4 cup
  • and garlic sauce 2 tbsp into a single container and mix well.
  • With a little pepper added.
  • Once the chicken gets cooked, shred it in a mixer.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the sauce and mix it well.
  • Prepare some chopped lettuce for your sandwich.
  • Get your slice of bread ready and apply the chicken mixture and top it off with some lettuce.
  • Place the bread on top. Your chicken sandwich is ready! You may cut off the edges and have sauces ready to create the perfect serving.

Notes

  • Do not fry the cutlets on high heat, otherwise, the cutlets crust only cooks and the inside remains uncooked.
  • You can use leftover rice as well for this recipe.
