An amazingly healthy and tasty side dish (or the main dish depending on your preference, still just as great!). It’s an Indian specialty that has become a staple choice among healthy meals. 

Cauliflowers and potatoes are naturally rich in fibers, vitamin B, vitamin C, and lots more. Therefore, making this an essential choice for healthy eaters (who wouldn’t compromise on the taste).   • 200 gm Cauliflower

  • 2 Large Potatoes

  • 1 Large Onion

  • 3 Cloves Garlic

  • 1 Large Green chili

  • 3 tbsp Cooking oil

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp Pink Salt

  • 1/3 cup Coriander leaves


  • In a heating pot add cooking oil 3 tbsp, cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, chopped green chili 1 pc, chopped garlic 3 large cloves – stir everything properly.
  • Add sliced onion 1 large, diced potatoes 2 medium, cauliflower florets 200 gm – stir and let it cook for 3 – 5 minutes on medium to high flame with closed lid.
  • Open the lid and give it a stir, add turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, red chili powder 1/4 tsp, pink salt 1/2 tsp and mix all the spices properly.
  • Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium to high flame – remember to give stirs in between.
  • After this add freshly chopped coriander 1/4 cup and cook for another 10 – 12 minutes on medium to high flame.
  • Once done, switch off the flame and the delicious aloo gobi is ready to serve.
