This side dish would easily water your taste buds and raise your regular daily meal to a 10/10 star rating.

Ingredients

  • 200 gm Cauliflower

  • 2 Large Potatoes

  • 1 Large Onion

  • 3 Cloves Garlic

  • 1 Large Green chili

  • 3 tbsp Cooking oil

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp Pink Salt

  • 1/3 cup Coriander leaves

Directions

  • In a heating pot add cooking oil 3 tbsp, cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, chopped green chili 1 pc, chopped garlic 3 large cloves – stir everything properly.
  • Add sliced onion 1 large, diced potatoes 2 medium, cauliflower florets 200 gm – stir and let it cook for 3 – 5 minutes on medium to high flame with closed lid.
  • Open the lid and give it a stir, add turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, red chili powder 1/4 tsp, pink salt 1/2 tsp and mix all the spices properly.
  • Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium to high flame – remember to give stirs in between.
  • After this add freshly chopped coriander 1/4 cup and cook for another 10 – 12 minutes on medium to high flame.
  • Once done, switch off the flame and the delicious aloo gobi is ready to serve.
